A reminder of Surrender 
 
There are moments in life when the weight feels too heavy to carry alone. In moments of need, anguish, sin, anxiety, suffering, or hopelessness, we are invited to entrust everything to Our Lady.
 
Why?
Because she never fails.
 
As the Church has long prayed:
“Never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession was left unaided.”
 
Our prayers are always answered in accordance with God’s providence—sometimes not how we expect, but always how we most need.
 
THE HISTORY: 
This devotion traces back to a married couple in Germany whose relationship had become deeply strained. Nothing they did seemed to help.
 
Eventually, they turned to their priest and confided in him. Taking their struggles to heart, he prayed for them daily. During his prayers, he would physically untie a knotted ribbon, offering each knot to Mary. 
 
When the couple reunited, their marriage had been restored.
 
Over time, this prayer spread and grew in devotion. Today, it is known  (especially by exorcists) as one of the most powerful prayers, and one that demons despise.
 
MESSAGE: 
Mary intervenes in impossible situations 
No situation is beyond God’s grace
Nothing is too complicated for Him to work through
Surrender allows God to act
