OUR STORY

THE OWNER

Hi, I’m Gabrielle Pawlikowski, the heart and mind behind Adorn to Adore.

I’m originally from Chicago, but during the school year I call the sunny campus of Ave Maria home. I’m currently pursuing a Catholic Studies major with a minor in Business. This combination has deeply shaped both my faith and my love for creating.

Alongside school, I work as a social media intern for Gabrielle Isabel. Watching faith expressed so thoughtfully through art and design was one of the inspirations that led me to create this brand.

THE BRAND

My idea for this brand began quietly through prayer, travel, and a growing awareness of how deeply beauty can move the heart. While studying in Rome, I was struck by the reverence woven into everyday life, how even the ordinary carried intention and meaning.

Coming back, the contrast felt clear. Life often feels rushed and distracted, and while the desire for prayer is there, it can be difficult to stay rooted in God throughout the day. Adorn to Adore grew from that tension as a simple way to create pieces that gently draw the heart back to Him, again and again, in the midst of ordinary life.

 THE LOGO

I wanted to make this logo on my own, and as I was playing around on Canva, I realized a deeper meaning to what I was creating.

At the center are two A’s, for Adore and Adorn, reflecting the boutique’s heart. Side by side, they subtly form a Marian “M,” a nod to Our Lady and my devotion to her.

The cross in the center represents the “to” in Adorn to Adore and, more importantly, points to Christ. Together, the A’s and cross echo the Miraculous Medal, a reminder that all beauty ultimately leads to Jesus.

The surrounding branches, inspired by St. Clemente’s Tree of Life mosaic, symbolize how being rooted in the Lord brings healing, beauty, and hope to the world.
