SHIPPING POLICY
Unless otherwise specified, all orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from Ave Maria, Florida. During checkout, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method and see estimated delivery timelines.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
ISSUES:
While shipping carriers handle delivery once your order has left our hands, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. If you experience any delays, lost packages, or delivery concerns, please contact us at adorntoadore@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at adorntoadore@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: return shipping costs are covered by us, but original shipping fees are non-refundable.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We want to make it right and will evaluate each issue with care.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to receive the item you’d like is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
